This Privacy Policy explains how NexCity Travels LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use FleetNest (the “Service”), including our website at https://app.fleetnest.in and our Android application.
FleetNest is a business (B2B) fleet and cab management platform. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use FleetNest, we may collect:
- Account information: phone number, name, password (stored in hashed form), optional email, and company/business details.
- Business operations data: information you enter into FleetNest such as vehicles, drivers, customers, suppliers, duties, expenses, invoices, and related records.
- Documents and media: files you upload (for example images or PDFs related to vehicles, drivers, or other business records).
- Subscription and billing data: plan details, order references, and payment status. Card and payment instrument details are processed by our payment partner; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: support emails/messages and contact inquiry details you submit.
- Technical logs: limited operational logs needed to run and secure the Service (for example request logs and error logs). We do not use separate marketing analytics products.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and manage user accounts (including OTP verification);
- provide FleetNest features for your business;
- process subscriptions and payments;
- send transactional messages such as OTPs and service alerts;
- provide customer support;
- maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:
- Msg91 — to send OTP and transactional SMS;
- Razorpay — to process subscription payments;
- Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and related services required to run FleetNest;
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Your company administrators may also access business data within your FleetNest account according to roles and permissions configured in the Service.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The web app may use essential cookies or local storage needed for login sessions and basic app functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
We retain information while your account/company subscription is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you request account or data deletion, we aim to delete or anonymize identifiable account data within 30 days, except where we must retain information for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Residual copies in encrypted backups may remain for up to about 90 days before being overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
7. Account and data deletion
To request deletion of your FleetNest account or associated personal data, email [email protected] from your registered email/phone context and include your company name and registered phone number. We may verify your identity before processing the request. An in-app deletion option may be added later.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International and cloud processing
FleetNest is operated from India. Your information may be processed on cloud infrastructure used to host and deliver the Service. By using FleetNest, you understand that processing is necessary to provide the Service.
10. Children’s privacy
FleetNest is intended for business use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
Business customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process information about their employees, drivers, customers, and other contacts in FleetNest.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
